Shelby Civil Plumbing Works delivered the in situ water tank installation for the Brighton Le Sands development comprising 35 residential apartments and 5 terraces, completed on 5 December 2023.

 

The project included excavation, formwork, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring to construct a durable storage structure.

 

Integration with site hydraulics supported efficient water capture and distribution across the development. Sequencing and coordination with structural elements ensured program continuity, with the completed system supporting ongoing residential demand and meeting engineering and regulatory requirements.
