The project involved excavation, installation of stormwater and subsoil drainage systems, and pouring reinforced concrete slabs to meet structural requirements. Coordination with site services and staging ensured efficient construction sequencing.
Completed works provide reliable water management and durable carpark surfaces, supporting long-term operational functionality while meeting engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across the development.

Temporary Stormwater Diversion
Completion Date: 16 August 2023
Shelby Civil Plumbing Works completed the Phase 2 temporary stormwater diversion at Cabravale Resort Club, finalised on 16 August 2023.
The project included installation of diversion pipework, construction of temporary drainage controls, and integration with existing site infrastructure to maintain continuous water flow during construction.
Sequencing supported ongoing site operations and protected surrounding areas from runoff. The diversion system provided effective water management throughout the construction phase, supporting programme continuity and meeting engineering, safety, and regulatory requirements.
