Shelby Civil Plumbing Works delivered the Stormwater Encasement Project at “The Hub” Commercial Estate, Gregory Hills, completed on 13 October 2025.

 

The project involved excavation, formwork preparation, and placement of concrete encasement to protect critical Stormwater assets within the development.

 

Careful sequencing supported integration with surrounding civil infrastructure and maintained site progress.

 

The completed encasement provides structural protection, manages loading conditions, and supports long-term asset performance in line with engineering requirements and project specifications.
